8/11/26 AJinerson - Discussed in scheduling meeting with tech sup MFranks to see if any update on clearance for Centurion of GA techs: Cynthia DeVille & Dylan Ingraham. As of 8/11 no update on if they have clearance approval.

8/6/26 AJinerson - Per FOD RIngraham, Clearance Forms for additional HCP techs in GA have been submitted now to Centurion of GA. We are awaiting confirmation on clearance/approval for FSEs: Dylan Ingraham and Cynthia DeVille.

8/5/26- BBaggett- Awaiting confirmation from tech sup MFranks when cleared tech can travel. Also, awaiting on approval on clearance of additional techs.

7/30/26 AJinerson - Discussed with tech sup MFranks. We currently only have 1 HCP technician with confirmed approved clearance for Centruion of GA. This WO requires travel/trip and we do not currently have confirmed dates/weeks when said FSE can travel to cover.

• MFranks working with 2 other HCP techs in GA to get their clearance paperwork submitted who may have more availability to travel.
• MFranks checking with TGifford on when can travel next for coverage.

7/21/26 AJinerson - Discussed with tech sup MFranks in scheudling meeting and confirmed FSE TGifford is now signed off for HCP. Need to confirm if he has inspection labels - plan is to start scheduling him for HCP 2nd week of August (he will still be doing GE work through first week of August). This technician is the ONLY technician cleared with Centurion of GA.

• There are 11 Centurion of GA WOs in our backlog needing to be scheduled. Majority of these sites will require a trip as tech is 3-4 hours away and sites are pretty spread out.

7/8/26 RBerry- Per email from MAllen, Torre Gifford has been cleared for Centurion on GA. Per MFranks in email tech has to complete training for skillset. Released WO to RFS. See logged email on WO-01374465

6/27/2026 Sramen - moved to on hold because there is nothing more we can do to schedule until this background check is sorted out.

6/22/26 AJinerson - Discussed w/ tech sup in scheduling meeting. As of right now, there is no update on clearance for technicians for Centurion of GA for the state of GA.

6/10/26 AJinerson - Discussed w/ tech sup in scheduling meeting. As of right now there is no update on clearance for Centurion of GA yet. We are still held up somewhere on the clearance process between techs, HR, and ASM.

6/10/26 AJinerson - POC Jessica Whitfield reached out asking if there is an update on approval yet. FWD email to ASM/tech sup to check and see if we have an update on clearance for GA Centurion Techs yet and will follow up with customer.

5/20/26 AJinerson - Discussed w/ tech MFranks in scheduling meeting today, no update on Clearance forms for GA technicians as of right now.

5/14/26 AJinerson - Per scheduling meeting w/ MFranks, techs have meeting w/ FOD/SUP on Thurs. 5/14 to review clearance needed for GA Centurion. Will have more information after meeting on how/when we can proceed with these WOs.

Only one tech has submitted this new paperwork to Centurion so far (TGifford) And it was disapproved due to social medias being private. Tech sup working with ASM/HR/Techs/FOD on how to proceed with having techs submit their clearance forms further.

4/13/26 AJinerson - Discussed w/ tech SUP MFranks in scheduling meeting regarding updates on tech clearance. Per MFranks, they are wanting HR to get involved and assist techs with filling out this clearance to make sure everything is filled out correctly.

4/8/26 AJinerson - Per email from FOM and tech sup, they are aware that techs will have to fill this out and send them in. Discussed w/ tech sup in scheduling meeting who said they are wanting techs to fill this out with HR or have HR involved in this process to reduce any risk of errors when submitting.

3/19/26 AJinerson - Discussed in scheduling meeting. ASM has meeting with Centurion this week (3/19 or 3/20) and still working on clearance issues.

3/6/26 AJinerson - Per chatter w/ ASM on WO-01315102, they are still working with FOM and Centurion on how to proceed with the clearance issues/requests.

3/3/26 AJinerson - Sent email back to POC Erin and Allison letting them know our team is currently working with Centurion on escalating this clearance issue and we will follow up to schedule asap once we have an update.

3/2/26 AJinerson - Discussed with tech sup in scheduling meeting on 2/27 - this has been escalated to ASM and FOD on how to proceed with clearance forms since sites are requesting forms to be filled out that techs have already done multiple times. ASM is currently working with Centurion on how to move forward with clearance requests.

2/26/26 AJinerson - Received email from site asking for update on clearance forms. Per tech sup and asm, they are escalating the centurion GA clearance issue to follow up with Centurion directly and ASM to see how we need to proceed with these clearance issues/confusion.

2/17/26 AJinerson - Tech sup escalating this issue to FOM/ASM to see what may need to be done, since techs are saying they've already filled out clearance forms that contact at Centurion is requesting again.

1/13/26 AJinerson - Discussed with tech sup to schedule Centurion cleared tech to cover northern FL Centurion inspections week of 1/19 - 1/23. Tech no longer available to travel per tech SUP during that week, as tech is needed for GE sites instead. We may be missing the SLA on the remainder of our northern FL Centurion Inspections due to this.
