12/3/25 SReich - Left Matt a vm, gave him the WO # and told him someone would be reaching out to schedule.
🔧Work Performed
12/15/2025 Mike Huffman. Replaced the Motor Control Hub PC board part 002-1749-00 and calibrated the chair. Tested full functionally. All tests passed. Completed the Service Request Authorization and obtained customer signature.
12/3/2025 Mike Huffman. Exam table is in Busse area, fifth floor, exam room A. The Back Function does not work on foot control or hand control. Main control board is displaying error 0303. Fuses are good. The hub board has a blown fuse for the back rest. Went to ACE Hardware and purchased replacement fuses. Installed fuse, it did not blow but back function does not work. Called Midmark. Frogged the back control with the seat control. Back function works, seat does not. Moved connections back to normal operating position. Midmark recommends replacement of the Hub Board. Part 002-1749-00 and cost $1086.00. Midmark will contact the customer, as this order is under a PO. I am marking work order awaiting parts.
