4/10/26- EColon- Arrived onsite, checked in with front desk at sleep lab. After completing sleep lab, tried contacting POC to find location of other equipment. POC not available. Went section to section until found the right section that was getting inspected. Found that section had a lot of untagged items. Completed inspection on 98 items, and archived 8 items. Inspection completed
