I have a stryker stretcher that is not coming up to load height when loading a patient. There is also a broken piece on the unit.

1/26/26 NatoshaB - found WO in awaiting parts with (FSE's?) note below from 12/15. WP looks like this repair was completed over a month ago using different parts. Cancelled parts order that was still in submitted status and updated WO to Closed status.
12/15 The parts order needs canceled. A new work ord/er is needed for the powerload system that the parts order is for. additional parts are needed to repair the power load. The power stretcher has been repaired.
12/11/25 RBerry- Updated due date based on parts. Removed delay code.
12/11 KKelch called Richard to schedule for 12/15 between 9 and 11 am. Customer confirme

🔧Work Performed
12/15 CLacy - inspected unit and found the lower HE leg bearings are broken causing the legs to bind. I have removed and replaced the half shell bearings with new ones from stock. Functional testing passed. This unit is in proper working condition and is ready to return to service.
