12/3 I have evaluated this unit and have found it only raises a little bit at a time. I have tested the buttons and the hall effects sensor. I have found the Hall sensor is not reading the magnet. I have removed and replaced the hall effects sensor and the sensor wire due to corrosion on both. Functional testing passed. This unit is ready to return to service
