evaluation completed placed 150 lbs of weight on cot and loaded unit load end wheels sit about one inch from floor not allowing weight to come off legs. lifted cot to take weight off load end legs and cot loaded as intended. advised contact to have staff lift cot onto load wheels when loading and to get a platform for inside vehicle to match height of load wheels unit working as intended and placed back into service
