🔧 Work Performed
Installed new Midmark brand door gasket. Leveled autoclave for proper water fill level. Used M-11 door gasket kit from trunk stock. Contacted Midmark tech support and Midmark is shipping a replacement door gasket kit to reimburse trunk stock gasket kit. Unit function tested and passed. Unit returned to service.

12/17/2025 Zachary Stieben arrived on site. Found Midmark autoclave with high temp error codes. Found unit unlevel. Found unit with a RPI non Midmark door gasket installed.
