- investigated reported issue, “breaker tripping”- attempted to reproduce reported issue- engaged foot pedal for nearly 15mins straight but was unable to replicate reported issue- tried to replicate issue with all handpieces. No issues- contacted midmark. Mike to ship out solenoid free of charge to prevent potential future power issues- debriefed staff of findings, work performed and recommendations - equipment returned for use
