12/11/25 SReich - Spoke to Dyra, gave her the WO # and told her someone would be reaching out to schedule around the arrival of parts.  

🔧 Work Performed
Installed a new Faceplate. Exam Light was uninstalled and still in the box. Light was not yet mounted into the celling and was not wired yet for electrical. Contacted Midmark tech support and explained that light was still in the shipping box and not yet installed. Midmark stated to complete repair and note that the light has not been installed and working.
