I am disappointed EMSAR. They called yesterday and gave me a ticket number (01325021) and said they would call back and schedule. I have heard nothing, and we are almost at the end of business for today. This system is down and we need assistance.

12/15/25 SReich - Per a teams message from M Owens, placed in RFS so she can schedule.


12/15 MOwens Called and spoke to Roger Huffman. I told him the parts are scheduled to deliver by 3PM Today. He said the location is open until 4pm M-F. The visit is schedule for Wed. 12/17 with eta between 10-11am so he has enough time to run the unit.

Covers removed Unit out into service mode Fill and vent valve voltages checked- passed Heating element resistance- passed Incoming voltage- passed Door motor- passed Fuses- passed Began to install the new manifold and noticed burn marks. Burn marks were found on main pc board connection Burn marks on power inlet connector Power cord melted Circuit board is compromised and allow excess power to bypass fuses.
