12/15/25 RBerry- SBerry received confirmation from Alyssa Martinez to schedule for 12/16/25 with an arrival time between 11AM-1PM. See logged email.
12/15/25 SBerry; During email correspondence with Account POC, she requested specific date/time being offered for tech arrival. Offered tech arrival between 11am-1pm on 12/16/25. 12/15/25 RBerry- Received teams message from SBerry stating ASC offered date but site is wanting a time range. Looked at calendar and found technician can be onsite on 12/16/25 with arrival time between 11AM-1PM. Passed this information along to SBerry as he is in communication with the customer.
