04/21/2026 Rharris Spoke to James Smith @ 980-507-3710, he is checking for location of the one uncompleted SN we show of H2813254411FC, but also believes he has a 2nd device that needs remediation and is going to provide me that SN as well. Sent email with the device list we have and awaiting his response with confirmation of device location and possible 2nd device.

04/20/2026 Rharris: He showed this device now at Cleavland Atrium Health shows that Recall was completed by Juan on 3/13/26 and has the 1.5.15 Software Version but does not have service record, he suggested we call Elieder Chang @ 980-507-2749 at new location.

04/09/2026 YEspino Called 980-212-2116 to speak to Rebekah Norris to verify the 7 EV300 Vents in question. Was advised she currently was not in and i needed to call back later.

Was able to speak to him and he advised he would transfer me over to Rainey Fradey (980-487-5476) the Clinical supervisor. Was transferred over to her ext but was unable to speak to her so i left a message.
