🔧 Work Performed
**Upon eval and speaking with staff they showed me a video of their complaint. I ran an unwrapped cycle and opened door when prompted and unit ran full cycle with no issues. Spoke with Brian @MM and he confirmed that if door isn’t opened when prompted it can damage unit and cause funny noises. Spoke with Sienna (office manager) she let me know that they used to have an M9 that opened on its own. Unit is in another room in the back and they dont know when door needs to be opened. She informed me that she will be contacting her rep to get an autoclave that the door opens on its own. I assisted in getting her any info i could to facilitate.
