1/9/26 RJB -- I am working with Midmark tech support to determine what the thread pattern is on the inlet and outlet adapters so that I can ensure to have the correct parts on hand for a return visit. This has to remain in limbo until I get further clarification. I am working with Melissa Seaone from Midmark on this case.


1/6/25 RJB -- Called Midmark tech support. Spoke to Melissa. See attached email chain:

P/n: 002-1864-00 needed at a cost of $234. However, Melissa advised we order a new flowmeter since this part is usually assembled at Midmark, and it is "difficult" to attach. This part will require soldering. If we can provide photographic evidence, Midmark may honor a warranty on the flowmeter ordered under parts order: 83419. Midmark PO#: PO015140


1/6/26 RBerry- Found WO in on hold status. This is the incorrect status. Moved WO back to incomplete status. Discussed with tech sup about getting part number needed from tech. States he will reach out to tech to confirm. I do currently have a photo.


12-31 DSR Putting on Hold until Tech Responds for part needed.

12/19/2025 CRamen spoke to Melissa and scheduled for Monday 12/22/2025 with tech arrival between 1-2pm

🔧 Work Performed
Verified leak present at the Inlet adapter to the flowmeter. Uninstalled the fitting that tied into it to see the threads inside were extremely worn and damaged. I purchased a 1/4" brass Male to Male fitting and installed it with some liquid thread sealant into the part with the damaged threads. This lessened the leak, but alas, did not completely prevent it. According to Midmark's website, p/n: 91805042 is listed as available, but it listed as a part of the older style flowmeter. Will need to talk to Midmark tech support to see if this part is compatible with the new style flowmeter. 1-20-26 JK Installed new flow meter and performed successful functional test.
