12/23/25 AJinerson - Called customer to schedule tech visit. Spoke with Vanessa (operator) who transferred me to site to schedule tech visit. Spoke with Chris onsite who was checking to see if Omayra is available to schedule. Was transferred to Omayra's VM and left VM regarding scheduling.
