🔧Work Performed
1/2 KC-Performed evaluation and found unit is leaking hydraulic fluid from sub assembly and has other damage on Lyft arms cover covers an LED cover on the patient’s right.
2/25 BW- Tightened four bolts around reservoir. Added hydraulic fluid. Cleaned around motor assembly. Ran multiple cycles with and without weight. Checked for any leaks. No leaks can be found at this time.
3/13/2026 replaced all parts sent and performed functional test unit is working properly

1/2 KC-Found that unit is in need of hydraulic sub assembly and lift arm covers and patience right LED cover.
2/25 BW- Found hydraulic fluid dripping from bottom of reservoir.

Can you confirm where the fluid is leaking from (o-ring, hoses, valves, reservoir, etc)?
We can replace all the parts on the hydraulic assy. Don't want to replace the entire assy ($10k) for a leaking seal or hose.
