Upon arrival site manager Anissah J stated that she was not aware of the inspection being scheduled for 2/17/26 and that the exam rooms were occupied and that she would prefer to reschedule for another date. Contacted tech coordinator Katlin and rescheduled inspection.
2/23/26 Zachary Stieben arrived on site. Found 31 pieces of equipment to be inspected.
