1-7-26 CTM - Performed repair Quick Clean Ultrasonic Cleaner . Spoke with Midmark Tech (Andrew ) and was suggested to make sure they are using the correct amount of detergent is being used and to try the system function again .By adding more solution to the water corrected the problem . Tested system . PASS Notified POC Jennifer Blake of findings and completion .
