3/20/2026 CRamen Jordan did the install today but found USB port is damaged. Midmark creating a Repair SR. This WO to be left open to complete operational testing after repair.
3/13/2026 CRamen Jordan got to site and found that some electrical has to be relocated for this unit to be installed and has to come back and re-scheduled for next week Friday 3/20/2026 with tech arrival between 8-10am.

🔧Work Performed
3/23/26JMoceri - returned and verified parts for repair arrived on site. Made repairs to unit and finished install. Tested and all functions working. Went over software and how to use unit with the Dr on site.
3/20JMoceri - Arrived on site and checked in with contact. Was advised electrical had been relocated. Confirmed and prepped for install. Mounted back plate and front plate on wall. Installed operator panel and found usb board not secured by the two plastic standoofs. They had broken and will need replaced. spoke to Christian at midmark and parts being sent to the contact. Pictures attached of damage and progress.
3/13JMoceri - arrived on site and found electrical not installed properly and unable to mount x-ray. measured and advised the best spot for it to go based on room layout. Account to fix and will return.
