3/19/2026 NSuarez the work performed for 3/16 shows there was a work done but no labor on WO.
3/11 KKelch scheduled per logged email from Graysen
3/9 KKelch- per FSE, the unit is not on site at this time and there is not any lighting. Contractor to reach out when the unit arrives.

🔧Work Performed
3/9/2026 I arrived on location meet with superintendent Larry he then took me to the area where unit will go. He did show me pictures of what the wall was reinforced. I then asked where unit was at he stated that it was in a room on other side of building. I looked and did not find the unit. Larry gave me a card and left. I then called Kaitlyn Hensley she state she showed ship date but no tracking for the unit. I then call Midmark spoke to Kelley she stated that unit was delivered in Febuarary. Earlier i was advised by contact on work order to contact John tried several times go no answer. Then message Grayson advised that John was not answering. After little over hour on site. I left site and placed in reschedule until unit was found and lights are in the room.
3/16/2026 Iarrived on location and found said unit. I then removed the unit from the box and installed unit to manufactures specifications. Unit could no9t be tested facility was under construction no staff was there did not have a laptop top to perform test images from the unit. Unit is in service and ready for use

3/9/2926 Found room that install needed had no lights and no power
3/16/2026 Room did have lighting nad was able to install the unit.
