🔧Work Performed
Arrived on site and checked in with host but as poc was not an onsite person they had issues finding someone to know what unit not working. Once with unit verified unit in fact making loud clicking noises. Began by removing too cover and checking with top rollers moving freely but once top cover removed found that too cover can been shaved by actuator. With that removed all shrouds and inspected bottom rollers ensuring to clean of any debris made by the plastic shroud getting damaged by actuator rod. But even after cleaning noise still occurring, so laid table on side and removed actuator from frame to clean and once best cleaned reinstalled actuator and flip table back up. Tested unit but noise still occurring. Called midmark and they determined new actuator and top cover will be sent. 1/20 Arrived on site and host informed me patient currently in room but will notify me as soon as room free. Once inside room asked host for parts which she then went to find and provided parts. Removed shrouds and top cover to install bracket to remove actuator. Removed old actuator and installed new actuator. Reinstalled everything back onto unit and confirmed function. Unit returned to service
