01/19/2026 - JWD Located Midmark exam chair and confirmed issue. Received parts from POC and replaced the step side assembly kit. Had issue removing old assembly kit due to one of the brackets was jammed and bent into the side of the chair. Upon completion notified POC and did a demonstration that the step is repaired and working properly.
