🔧 Work Performed
1/20/26- EColon- Arrived on-site, functions checked unit. Sensor is recognized when plugged into computer but not when plugged into unit. Opened up control box, usb was disconnected from board. Looks like strain relief was not holding cords which caused cord to be pulled out. Adjusted strain relief. Tested sensor plugged into unit and sensor was recognized. Tested unit. Unit fully functional. Worked with Midmark Tech Support to get a return label to the customer for the unused parts.
