1/22/26 NSuarez SRA needs to be filled out.

1/14 MOwens Ashley replied back to the email asking for a time this Friday afternoon. I replied back the arrival would be between 12-1pm.

1/14 MOwens Tried to call to speak to Ashley Guthrie. No one answered the call. Will send an email to Ashley to schedule the service visit.

1/14 KHardison - Having an RC issue. Call not going through. Sent email regarding WO. Advised that a coordinator will call for scheduling.

🔧 Work Performed
01/16/2026 - JWD Located M9 Autoclave and confirmed issue. Tried to run several cycles for wrap and un-rapped and it would not go past the filling mode with a temp of 68 degrees and an error code of 0744-0824. Contacted Midmark and spoke with Dale and he had me open the door and look at the latch that the door connects to. I noticed that the door motor level was bent and that was causing the issue. Dale talked with his manager and the decision was made to send a replacement and they would send a label to return the one needing evaluated. Notified POC Dr. Guthrie of the status that a new unit will be sent from Midmark to send the one needing repaired back
