Was able to duplicate issue. Battery was not holding charge when charging. Plugged unit into Doppler charger at the Depot and Battery was still not holding a charge after charging overnight. Issue is most likely with the battery. Replaced battery with a good battery and charged overnight and battery is holding a charge and blinking light above On/Off knob stopped flashing.
