@Nicole Floyd not sure how to proceed this WO. PM wasn't performed.

Team,
We identified several recent Repair/PM work orders where a tech was dispatched onsite, the repair was completed, but the required annual PM was not performed.
If for any reason the PM cannot be performed, that must be documented clearly before WO closure using the follow up fields so that a follow-up PM work order can be created.
We cannot rely on narrative instructions alone to ensure execution. Going forward, please treat the Repair/PM order type itself as the control indicator that PM completion must be verified prior to closing the WO.
If there is ever uncertainty about whether a PM is due or required, please pause and confirm before closing.
Thank you for helping to close this gap while system updates are planned.
@Cynthia Deville @Mark Franks @Stephanie Ramen
@Jessica Foley Please make sure a new PM WO gets created for this location.

When a work order is placed into incomplete like this one who is responsible for review the work order and place it into an actionable status or in this case changing the work order from a PM/Repair to Repair?
