2/2/2026 CRamen spoke with Bill and he is upset. Dustin called him last week wednesday saying he wasnt going to be able to make it and would have to be re-scheduled. I checked to see if he had the parts as they were delivered and he said no parts were received. Gave him 1Z01E3E70393597587 and said Dan shows to be the one that received them,. Also said when Alan did PMs earlier this month after he left found the backrest piston wasnt holding and wondered what he did to it as it is now out of service and needs repair. Has to call in to dispatch. and 3rdly wants invoice info from last couple PMs and repairs as he hasnt gotten anything. Scheduled for Friday 2/6/2026 with tech arrival between 8-10am.
