🔧Work Performed
Took down S/N and called midmark in order to check if unit under warranty before checking table. Midmark confirmed okay to check unit out and also get the update SRA. once inspecting unit found weight never displaying so removed covers to access main PCB. Reseated all wires from scale PCB and powered down table, once powered on issue still present. Next checked for errors and found error stating Vitals PCB might be causing issues. New Scale PCB needed so called midmark and placed order 2/3 Arrived on site and checked by calling poc to meet me in the lobby. POC escorted me unit and provided parts sent to be replaced. Removed power from table and removed covers in order to removed current Scale PCB. Installed new scale PCB and powered table back on ensuring to calibrate table. Once table calibrated moved on to calibrate scale ensuring to use 50 LB weights as per Midmark instructions. Confirmed scale no longer showing issues and no issues with table function. Unit returned to service and customer informed of repair. Next got new box and got old scale PCB and placed inside box, ensuring to drop off and ship part.

Customer stated when BIO MED tried to pass table inspection, unit did not allow to check weight.
