01/23/2026 SRobinson- Called Cindy Ramirez, 17736979757. Cindy was gone today asked for Corinne, gave her the WO# and advised a coordinator will be reaching out to schedule.

evaluation completed unable to reach Midmark while on site Will call them in the morning to get parts ordered 2-16-26 JK Installed new scaler water valve and new tubing for HS drill. Performed a successful functional test. Light works and no leaks.
