3/16 SRogers: SRA for 2/3 has been attached. Please make travel and labor on 2/26 nonbillable, as the error was our (EMSAR's) fault, and neither the customer, nor Midmark should be billed for this time.

2/26 MOwens. FSE called and said he will need a 2nd person to help with the column replacement. Kyle Dutt said that next Thurs. 3/5 works to schedule the return visit.
2/16 MOwens Called and spoke to Kyle Dutt. He said afternoons are not good to schedule the visit. He requested scheduling the visit for the morning of 2/26 based on their schedule. I confirmed that will work the tech. Arrival between between 9-10am.
