Inspected 2 new AEDs. Information entered into ebiotrack. Looked at old AED 13146489. Would not go through boot up cycle. Removed batteries and tried to reset. No bootup. New pads and tried to reset. No boot up. Tried multiple times to reset unit. Would not go through bootup procedure. AED not needed by site and is to be removed.
