2/9 MOwens Called and spoke to Betsy Sedney. I asked her what days are best to schedule. She said this Wed thru next Mon. 2/16. I let her know the first available opening is on 2/16 with arrival between 12-1pm. She said that works for her.

Removed cover from actuator motor. Checked actuator. Actuator functions as it should. Previous problem of actuator drifting is no longer present. Discovered headrest assembly is loose. Called Midmark. Spoke with Brian. Adjusted headrest so it would not drift. If the problem reoccurs, it will need to be replaced. Replacement part number is 029-3161-00.
