3/30 SKLEIN - Unit is unrepairable. Returning unit back to customer. Charging for 1 hour Eval.
Was able to duplicate issue. One of the capacitors fell off of the board causing unit to not have power. Called VMed Tech Support for a part number/repair details with no answer. Left a message and will continue once I hear back from VMed.
