🔧Work Performed
2/16/2026 I arrived on location found said unit. I then removed the covers from the unit to evaluate what you is doing. I ran first cycle and unit passed with no problem. I then ran a second cycle and found that the unit was leaking stem from top left hand corner. I could see that stem is comming from the fill for water to be put in. Also the door and dam gasket is really waved and not sealing against the door. I then call Mike at midmark he is sending out air valve and door and dam gasket kit. I the ran one more cycle and unit the did give a high temp error advised customer unit will be down until the parts come in. Unit is out of service
2/25/2026 I arrived on location found said unit. I then removed the covers from unit. I then removed the old air valve manifold. I then used part # 002-10904-00 x1 and removed the old door and dam gasket used part # 002-10880-00 x1 I then ran an unwrapped cycle unit passed all test. I the ran 2 back to back wrapped cycles unit passed all test. Placed the covers back on the unit and returned back to service.
