4/24/26 Natosha - Lawrence and I fixed this one. Leaving the tubes on here since the tech replaced them all while he was doing PM. RTB
3/4/26 DPatton - unable to add smc in EBT. Are these repair parts? WO is PM type
2/24 KKelch- part is delayed, placed in R/S until we have updated tracking
2/23 KKelch Robert called me back to schedule for 2/24 between 9 and 11 am, he asked for 2/25 between 9 and 11 am. Customer confirmed.

🔧Work Performed
Tech PM'd all seven cots and replaced the ratchet tubs. After the ratchet tubes were replaced, tech showed the POC and he was happy that the beds went up and down easier.

Hi @Lauren Oberg @Natosha Beierschmitt I'm not able to add the smc to EBT.. please add when you get a chance. Also, do you know if these parts are Repair parts? (RATCHET TUBE KIT) and do they need to be on a separate WO? Please advise when you get a chance.. thank you!
