3/31/26 AJinreson - Received email back from Jacqui requesting to schedule this for week of 4/13 due to her schedule (she will be out of office week of 4/9).


3/31/26 AJinreson - Per ASC, progeny tech not available to travel to cover this until 4/10 (would travel down on 4/9).

Sent email to Jacqui offering tech visit on Fri. 4/10 between 9am-11am.


3/31/26 AJinreson - Received email today from Jacqui stating they are now ready to proceed with scheduling the installation service for this unit.

Checking w/ ASC to see when progeny tech's next availability is to cover this.


3/16/26 AJinerson - Sent email to Jackie w/ attachment of X-Ray Unit specs that she requested (provided by tech sup).

3/11/26 AJinerson - Jackie called back and said they are not ready to schedule service yet as they still need to have contractor come out and install a wooden panel. She was asking if the unit needs to be installed inside, or outside of wall. Confirmed with tech that it needs to be installed inside of the wall. 

Then she is needing to know the dimensions of the panel to proceed accordingly. I let her know I do not have this information but would follow up with our team to see if we could obtain that for her. 


3/10/26 AJinerson - Sent follow up email to Jackie asking if they are ready to proceed with service yet.


3/2/26 AJinerson - Sent email to Jackie needing to confirm if they have had the wood backing installed yet, and if they are ready to proceed with scheduling return visit for install service.


3/2/26 AJinerson - Called site to see if they are ready to proceed with scheduling. Office was closed at time of call (2:25PM EST) no answer. 


3/2/26 AJinerson - Found WO in "reschedule" status on maps layer, but not pulling on dashboard reports. Per below, we need to schedule return trip on-site once customer has contractor install the appropriate wood backing to proceed with this equipment install.

(Tech would travel down Thurs. 2/19 and service on Friday, 2/20). This is the soonest we could have a Progeny tech available, as we do not have one in this general FL area.

2/12/26 AJinerson - Checking w/ tech sup on skillset needed for tech for this WO to proceed with scheduling appropriate tech to cover. This will need to go to Midmark Progeny tech, even though skillset not listed on WO.

4/14/26- EColon- Arrived on site, checked in with POC and completed xray install. Completed functions check. Sensor was not connecting to computer. Checked all wiring found that cable came loose. Secured cable and completed functions check. Sensor recognized by computer, image is captured. Unit drifting during exposure. Adjusted tension in articulating arm to remove drift. Reported to POC. Unit fully functional. Install complete 4/13/26- travel to florida 2/20/26 – E Colon – arrived on site and escorted to area where unit would be mounted. While measuring and drilling the First mounting hole found that studs were metal and not wood as indicated in pre-install survey. The other side of the wall is a different store so a mounting plate will not be able to resolve this issue. Informed customer they would need to get a contractor to install wood backing, and then work order can be rescheduled. Could not install unit today.
