2/19 MOwens Replied back to the email from Chad/Hillary confirming scheduling the repair visit for 2/24 with eta around 11am.
2/18 MOwens Called and spoke to Chad Cook. He said to email him dates next week that the visit can be scheduled and he will see what works for the staff. Sent email offering 2/26 as the first available date to schedule the repair.
