Evaluation:
Was able to duplicate issue and one of the soft releases was not able to re-release from the down position. Removed both soft releases and top panel and checked board inside. Board was in good condition. Checked power cord and plastic buttons. Both power cord and plastic buttons were in good condition with no visible damages. Reassembled unit back together and checked both heaters on our oven tester. Both Heaters were able to heat to the correct temperature and was able to pass the test. Unit will need a new set of soft releases to fix issue.

🔧Work Performed
Replaced both soft releases. Tested unit on Oven tester in the Depot and both heaters are functioning correctly with no issues. Both soft releases are able to move up and down with no issues. Unit is ready to be placed back into service.
