Arrived early this morning to get these small openings resolved.
All gaps were closed and made to look amazing.
03/25/26
Arrived this morning for weight testing on the Nuke Med room.
System was weight tested with delays as the room is having a "Nuke Med Device and the area is full.
After the Area was cleared all aspects of the weight testing was completed.
Facility Inspector was onsite the entire time of the testing.
After the testing was completed, there were a couple issues the Inspection showed needed corrected.
1) was the charging wires and ground needed to be secured and elevated using hangers and zip ties.
This was corrected and approved by the inspector.
2) There are GAPS in the trim at each end of the rail trim that needs to be closed.
We ended up trying to close these gaps with silicone to close the gaps and to improve the appearance.
Once the silicone was placed on the test area it was met with a "NO" from the GC and the inspector.
We then pivoted to removing the trim from the rails and found it will be able to have another section of trim placed in the middle to extend the trim.
We then found that the areas that need the section replaced is OVER the GE Machine being installed and we would need to stop work and return in the early morning to repair this when the GE crew is not in the room.
03/24/26
Arrived this morning to complete this system.
Rail was prepared and completed.
Rail was placed on the trollies and secured and aligned.
Motor was installed.
Transformer was installed and electricians made connections.
System is charging throughout the system.
Weight testing was delayed as the GE technicians moving their equipment.
03/23/26
Arrived to day to find the room to be ready for the install of the new system.
Upon seeing where the materials that are being stored we found that there are a great deal of materials not in the shipment.
Contacted Will with Gouldmann and he is getting the materials that are needed.
We then went to the next job to see what we needed for that work.
Found that the second job was missing most of the second phase. The shipment for that job will arrive today at some point.
We then shifted gears and ran to the storage facility to unload an 18-wheeler for the next big project.
The truck was unloaded by hand with the assistance of Labor Ready workers.
Truck was unloaded and all trash was cleaned up and labor ready crew was dismissed.
We then went back to the SUTTER campus and inventoried the shipment from today and the Nuke med room materials are all there.
We will be installing this shipment in the morning.
