Will send email to Arielle with this information, and she will respond to us with the POC onsite and any arrival instructions needed.

3/25/26 AJinerson - Email logged on WO-01255882. Sent email back to Kevin Myers w/ Invacare regarding needing PM stickers sent to our technician, providing tech name, address, and qty of stickers needed (20). Asking if possible to provide ETA/how soon these may be shipped out to proceed with scheduling tech on-site asap.
3/25/26 Rberry- Received email from Kevin Myers with Invacare stating to move forward with scheduling Vitas Healthcare site and cancel:

Pioneer Trace Healthcare = Cancel this work order. Your technician said they cancelled service with us.

3/24/26 AJinerson - Call logged on WO-01255855. Called back and spoke with Arielle.
They need service ASAP as they have state inspectors coming tomorrow, 3/25. I let her know we would get with our team to see how we can assist them asap and reach back out to proceed accordingly.
Arielle asking how the reports get sent over as well, do they go directly to Invacare, or do they go to her.

Called site 3rd time to follow up and schedule tech visit. Left 3rd VM needing to schedule. 4/16/25 AJinerson - Call logged on WO-01255882. Called site to follow up and schedule tech visit. No answer, left 2nd VM needing to schedule service. 4/10/25 AJinerson - Call logged on WO-01255882. Called site to schedule tech visit for PM service visit. Left VM regarding scheduling. POC does not have an email in our system. 3/31/25 RCook- Sent teams message to RIngraham asking if these WOs can go to Yves Dessin. This requires the medical beds skillset. He is the only medical beds trained technician in the area. Also asked when we would be able to schedule due to training the technician will be in for the next month. Waiting for response.
