2/27 MOwens Called and spoke to Chris at this location. He said the truck is back from the shop working properly now so the return visit can be scheduled for next Friday 3/6 to complete the repair/PM visit. He said Friday is the best day to schedule.

2/18 MOwens Called to speak to Chris/Dylan. Left a vm for either one to call back to give an update.

2/4 MOwens Dylan called back and said the truck is now repaired and we can schedule this repair visit. I told him the first opening is on 2/13. He said that will be fine.

2/3 MOwens Called to speak to Dylan Clary. Chris answered the phone and said the Dylan is only working part time now. Chris said the repair have not been completed on the charging system in the truck and the inline system repair does have to wait until the charging issue is resolved on the truck.

1/2 MOwens Tech called Dylan and found out the truck still has to go to the shop for repairs. Dylan wants to complete the repair once the truck is back from the shop.

12/19 MOwens Dylan replied back that Fri. 1/2/26 will work instead for the service visit.

We currently do not have tracking information but advised that we would call back Monday once tracking is received to schedule all WOs together. He stated that he sent in another request on 11/24/25 for the purchase/installation of two equipment mounts. Case 00546420 is with sales. He requested that he have everything done at once. 10/21/25 RCook- Spoke with Dylan, states they should have a 2nd piece of equipment for the same type of repair. States he would like these repairs completed together. When I spoke with Dylan he said he goes in this evening and will get me the serial # for the 2nd unit so the WO can be created. Sent email to both Dylan and technician.

12/12/26 Unit located In-line disassembled Old ics components removed Connectors converted New ics installed Unit reassembled Charging ics kit installed Unit cycle tested. Cycle test failed Client truck inoperable 3/6/26 Truck back from repair shop confirmed 12v from truck but inx cot not charging Swapped cots. Not charging. Swapped batteries. Not charging. Checked truck fuses. Fuses good. In-line removed from universal plate. No wire tears or electrical shorts. Unit reassembled. Found 41.7 bolts coming out of pins but cot still not charging. Under advice from ferno is checked polarity. Polarity reversed on pins. Unit disassembled. Power cut off. Polarity corrected. Unit reassembled. Cycle tested. Unit successfully charges.
