7/12/26 RBerry- Placed WO on hold. Customer requested not to cancel this WO and needs to speak with ASM to proceed. ASM reached out on 7/2/26. Placed WO on hold until this is resolved.

7/2 NatoshaB - called Carla to discuss SMC renewal. Had to LM for her to phone me back.

7/2/26 AJinerson - Called Carla Tarrach at (302) 407-4632. I informed her that we can proceed with canceling this service request until they have an updated contract. Once they have an updated contract, they can reach out to us when they are ready to proceed with scheduling. 

Per Carla, they are wanting to proceed with this service and get their contract updated as soon as possible. They are waiting on a call back from our ASM to proceed with renewing their contract. They don't want to cancel this service right now. 

Will send a follow up chatter to ASM/Sup.

7/1 MOwens Carla replied back that she is still finding out based on the budget process.

7/1 MOwens Sent reply back to Carla asking if she wants to schedule during the week of 7/13 or 7/20 since she requested the middle of July for the visit based on their budget.

6/8 MOwens Carla replied back asking to wait until July when their new budget starts again.

6/2 MOwens Sent follow up email to Carla asking to schedule this repair

5/20/26 RBerry- LM with Carla Tarrach to discuss scheduling. There is not an open quote open for any other equipment. Per ASC notes from 4/10 site had more repairs to approve and wanted to schedule at the same time. Could not log call in RC. Logged call manually.

4/10 MOwens Carla replied back that there are more repairs to approve and she wants to schedule at the same time.

4/10 MOwens Sent follow up email to Carla about scheduling.

3/13 MOwens Called to speak to Carla Tarrach. Left vm for her to call back.

3/6 MOwens Called to speak to Carla. Left a vm for her to call back.

2/27 Per CG COULD NOT LOCATE; MAY STILL BE AT GEORGETOWN DE

2/19/26 RBerry- Updated due date based on parts for WO-01315577. Parts delivered on 2/18. Site wants all repairs completed on the same day. Updated delay code to technician unavailable per ASC notes.

2/17 MOwens Carla replied back that 2/27 from 9-5pm works to schedule the repair visit.

2/17 MOwens Sent email back to Carla Tarrach requesting to schedule for the first available date for the tech on 2/27.

2/10 MOwens Carla replied back that she does want to wait for the remaining parts to ship before scheduling.

2/6 Mowens Sent a FU email to Carla asking if she still wants to wait for all parts before scheduling.

1/12/2026 Sramen - waiting on parts for WO-01315577.

1/6/26 Rberry- Received email from Carla Tarrach stating: We can wait until all the parts are in and have Chris come out once to fix the cots. See logged email on WO-01315575. Updated due date based on parts for WO-01315577

1/5 MOwens Sent an email to Carla asking if she wants to schedule the repairs that can be completed or wait for the parts to ship for the final WO and complete all the repairs on the same visit.

12/30/25 RBerry- Updated due date based on parts for WO-01315577.

12/23/2025 LHill-still waiting for parts to ship on WO-01315577.

12/18/25 RBerry- Updated due date based on parts for WO-01315577. Removed delay code.

12/18/25 RBerry- LM with Carla to discuss if she would still like to wait for parts on WO-01315577 or move forward with scheduling what is available. See logged call on WO-01315575.

12/16 MOwens Tech was onsite and found that this cot is located at the location in Wilm. DE. Changing the location address and putting in Reschedule status.

12/09/2025 LHill-rec'd email from Jason-That date and time works for me.

12/9 MOwens Sent an email to Jason requesting to schedule the repair visit for the first opening on 12/16 after 12pm.

11/30/2025 Sramen - still waiting on parts for WO-01310514 (Junkin order just placed on 11/20). Complete WO-01310514, WO-01310517, & WO-01310518 together. Pushed out due date and removed delay code.

11/19 MOwens WO-01310514 is in awaiting parts status.

@Lauren Oberg​ @Rhea Berry​ I just spoke with this customer, Carla Tarrach, and informed her that we were going to go ahead and cancel this service request and have them reach out to us when they have an updated contract to proceed with service.

However, Carla did not want to cancel this service request and she said they are actually waiting on us to get back with them to renew their contract so they can proceed with this sooner than later.

Do you want us to still proceed with canceling this WO? Or hold off now per customer's request?
