3/6-RS; RA#87426 - Glennmedical - Exchange of the broken sieve bed set - GlennMedical will be emailing label shortly
3/5 TD- Found 1 sieve bed with a broken barb and needs to be sent out to be repaired. Chattered to get it escalated asap. Installed capacitor & the 1 sieve bed. for now.
2/23- Capacitors received. Waiting on sieve beds to be returned.
2/5 TD- Cannot locate a new capacitor in shop. Ordered extra as well to have on hand. Sieve beds removed from unit & packaged. Will ship out today.
11/13/2025 SRobinson- Added Q-00031067 from case 00538502 and sending to L2 for parts.

I just opened the box for the new sieve beds to install and found one of the beds with a broken barb (still in the rubber cap) loose in the box so it appears it broke during shipment. @Mat Mgmt Please help escalate this if possible to get this bed shipped back out to Glenn medical & fixed so this repair can be completed asap.
