03/10/2026 After LC PM/EEOQ was finished. Results were reviewed by customer and signed up. Session was signed off, committed and CD was generated.
02/25/2026 As arrival customer was waiting for IT to give the password to access the PC as admin (vendor). Work laptop was used to connect the LC and run VWD and FLD test with LAB advisor. PM plus was completed per Agilent new lamp was installed and stabilized. All tests passed.
02/24/2026 As arrival customer stated that the FDA showed unexpectedly and asked me to wait until she can know how long. After some time I was told that they will be in the LAB all day and agreed to reschedule the service to 02/25.
