Issues with battery recognition/ raising and lowering of unit/ button responsiveness.
Not raising and lowering fully.
The technician will need to evaluate the unit and confirm if parts are needed for repairs.

Only parts needed will be billed.

Issues with raising and lowering of unit/ button responsiveness
Trendelenburg bolts and seating of bar.
The technician will need to evaluate the unit and confirm if parts are needed for repairs.

Use same harness and T/C sensor
to test cot.
Only parts needed will be billed.
Unit 3-

New installation of mounted arm rest. We have replacement arm bar.. just needs installation and removal .

Could you check you records and see if EMSAR has serviced this stretcher for ORION EMS previously.
I feel like y’all have come out and inspected it previously and found no issue.
Field staffers are still complaining of it sticking.. Not raising and lowering fully.
