🔧 Work Performed
Met with POC Hilda. She brought me to the chair as well as brought me the parts that were sent by Midmark. Installed the board and wired new non-wireless hand control. After I completed this step, I calibrated scale on chair, using 50lb calibrated weight.
🔍 Technician Findings
Located unit listed on WO. Unit's wireless handheld wouldn't read scale weight. Also, the wireless foot control wasn't functioning properly.
