🔧Work Performed
12/15 Tech was handed the parts that were sent to the customer. Tech started to replace the parts by taking the old parts out but when tech went to put new parts in to water tank, tech found that, 014-0392-00 a compression sleeve was never sent. Tech called Midmark and spoke to Shawn and he was going to overnight it to the customer. Tech showed the site manager, Kat, and she agreed to the second trip.
12/17 compression nut installed a system refilled with water and 2 back to back successful test cycles run

@Allison Belyea Not sure why there where two WO created for SR#V2845260, but WO WO-01315916 and WO-01315915 have already been invoiced back in 12/4/25 and they seem to have the same case#SR 1495202.
please let me know how I should proceed should we bill this separately.
