1/9 KKelch called Elizabeth to schedule for 1/20 due to parts arrival being EOD on a Friday and the center being closed the following Monday for MLK day, between 12 and 2 pm. Customer confirmed. 

🔧 Work Performed
Replaced the customer-provided battery and verified the unit remains unresponsive; a subsequent physical inspection revealed a cracked housing, which has been documented in the work order photos. Although troubleshooting per the service manual indicates a failure of the main board or button assembly, the customer declined the necessary parts order and has elected to remove the unit from service.
