🔧Work Performed
2/17 Checked bulb and wiring. Light does not function but fan functions. Installed a new bulb provided by customer. Light does not light up. Checked voltage at socket. 24VAC. Light needs a new socket assembly Part number 4000057.
2/24/2026. Waited for room to be open. Installed new socket assembly. Light functions as it should. Customer wanted me to look at a light in MOHS 8 that had a drift issue. Adjusted light 13391698 in room 8. Light does not drift.
