2/11 MOwens Called and spoke to Kristi Zarbatany. She asked for the visit on a Friday but I told her this Friday and next Friday are already schedule. She said she can schedule the visit for next Tues. 2/17 after 12pm. I said that will work for the tech. Eta will be 1pm.
🔧Work Performed
Removed old sight tube. Installed new sight tube and clamp. Clips were riveted into the stainless plate on the front of the autoclave. New style M11 clips provided. Drilled out rivets. Drilled holes bigger for the newer clips. Clips installed. Ran cycle to check for leaks.
🔍Technician Findings
Autoclave needs new sight tube and clips installed. Tube and clips provided by customer. Customer attempted installation but was not able to install. Removed some screws from front of machine that needed to be reinstalled.
